Clean the surface, fix problem areas, and seal seams, fasteners, and penetrations.

Coat
We apply the coating system. On most commercial jobs your building stays open while we work.

A continuous, weather tight surface, backed by a written warranty.
How the coating actually works
A liquid coating sprayed directly onto your existing asphalt shingles. It bonds to the surface and cures into a seamless, protective layer.
Locks down loose granules, seals out water, and shields shingles from sun and weather, the things that age a roof fastest.
Years of added life on the roof you already have, without the tear-off, the dumpster, or the replacement bill.
